Let's do this again shall we?

When a movie or a movie franchise doesn't work out, it gets a remake or a re-quel. This welcome post is sort of like that. Hello, everyone! I am Dominque, the owner of this blog. I am a 27 year-old Filipina writer trying to navigate this world and record my thoughts and experiences through this blog. Story telling has been a huge part of my life and I mainly do all of it through writing.

Unwinding and Tying — What is it, what to expect, and what it's for

I have a lot of things to say and when that happens, my thoughts can be scattered and I find it difficult to tell the story I want to tell. By writing, I unwind my thoughts and rearrange them to make it cohesive. I then tie it back together and release my thoughts on to the world as a story I post in this blog. Pretty simple, right? My life is pretty random but you can expect me to write my thoughts about movies, k-dramas, anime, and musicals I love. I may also write about my favorite characters from the entertainment forms I have stated earlier. I also like exploring local spots and experiences so you can also look forward to those. You may also share my thoughts on songs I obsess over (Heads up, it's Taylor Swift) I love thinking about life and what it means to me, my realizations and all, so you can expect to see those in here as well.

I have been writing most of my life and had lots of writing projects here and there but I wasn't the best at keeping tabs of my early works (most of which was lost along the years) as I never thought that it would be important years later (spoiler alert! It is important and I still blame myself for not keeping them). So aside from being a recorder of my thoughts and experiences, this blog will also serve as my writing portfolio where future clients (Hello, my dear clients!) can read my works and help them decide if my skills and style will suit their needs.

There's still a lot left to be said and an introductory post is not enough for it so make sure to stay tuned for my future posts to see how my life unfolds and to my future clients who are reading this, I hope what I have in here is enough for you to consider including me on your team.
